Oversee complete financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and fund management.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Drive management reporting aligned with multinational standards and local statutory requirements.
Monitor business performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
2. Accounts & Audit
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and group auditors for timely audit completion.
Strengthen internal financial controls and implement best practices across all F&A processes.
3. Business Finance & Planning
Lead budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis activities.
Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate HQ for financial planning.
Support strategic initiatives with financial models, risk analysis, and profitability projections.
4. Banking & Treasury Management
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Oversee working capital, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
Optimize cash flows and banking costs through proactive planning.
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Companies Act requirements, etc.
Maintain strong governance frameworks, SOPs, and internal control systems.
Coordinate with legal, secretarial, and external consultants.
6. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team with patience, stability, and clear guidance.
Build a culture of discipline, integrity, and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement and alignment with multinational standards.
Candidate Profile
CA or MBA (Finance) with
15-20+ years
of progressive experience.
Strong experience managing F&A in a
?200-?300 crore Indian company
, preferably in engineering, environmental solutions, or manufacturing sectors.
Calm, mature personality with the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
Hands-on, detail-focused leader capable of independently managing end-to-end finance.
Prior experience working with a multinational, European, or global corporate structure is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
