Urgent opening for Finance Controller (CFO) with Good salary Package

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

The Finance Controller will oversee the entire financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in accounting, financial compliance, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Control

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management. Ensure effective financial governance and process control.

2. Accounting & Reporting

Oversee preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS. Manage month-end and year-end closures. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements.

3. Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC requirements. Handle internal and external audits. Strengthen internal controls and statutory compliance.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage cash flow, fund flow, working capital, and banking operations. Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and credit control. Coordinate with banks for facilities, documentation, and approvals.

5. Team Management

Lead the finance and accounts team. Allocate tasks, review work, and conduct performance evaluations. Provide training on financial processes and compliance.

6. Systems & Process Improvements

Develop and implement SOPs for financial operations. Improve financial workflows and enforce best practices. Oversee ERP/Accounting software modules related to finance.

7. Management Support

Provide insights for strategic decision-making. Support cost control, profitability analysis, and budgeting. Handle special assignments from senior management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance. Experience in GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and direct/indirect taxes. Proficiency in Tally, ZOHO Books, or ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and leadership qualities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

High integrity, accuracy, and responsibility. Ability to handle pressure and multiple financial functions independently.
