to oversee the financial and administrative functions of a diverse group comprising more than 10 companies and LLPs, with investments across India and global markets (US, UK, Israel, Switzerland, UAE, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian and international financial regulations, compliance management, and hands-on experience in managing group finances, taxation, audits, and administration.
Responsibilities
Financial Management & Compliance (India)
Oversee bookkeeping, finalisation of accounts, and preparation of balance sheets for all Indian entities.
Ensure timely compliance and filing of returns under
GST, ROC, Income Tax, RBI, ODI, FDI
, and other statutory requirements.
Handle legacy issues including pending notices, assessments, and reconciliation for prior years.
Manage and review statutory and internal audits.

International Finance & Compliance
Supervise bookkeeping, audits, and compliances of group companies in
US, UK, Israel, Switzerland, UAE
, and other jurisdictions.
Ensure timely filing with regulatory bodies such as
IRS, State Tax Authorities
, and other local regulators.
Monitor cross-border transactions, inter-company reconciliation, and foreign exchange compliance.

Group-level Finance & Investments
Consolidate financials across the group and present MIS/reports to management.
Monitor and track group's investments in start-ups and portfolio companies.
Provide strategic inputs for fund flow management, capital structuring, and tax optimization.

Administration & Operations
Oversee administrative functions including
office maintenance, property management, procurement, and payroll management
.
Supervise the admin team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Implement effective controls and cost management measures across administrative and finance functions.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
10+ years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance (preferably with exposure to multi-country operations).
Strong knowledge of
Indian regulations (GST, ROC, RBI, Income Tax, FDI/ODI)
and international financial compliance frameworks.
Experience in
global accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
and cross-border taxation.
Proven track record in handling audits, statutory filings, and financial consolidation.
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to handle both
finance and administration
functions.
