These businesses, employing over 20,000 people, collectively generate nearly INR 10,000 Cr. annually. Strategic investments in expanding and acquiring new units have reinforced our processing footprint, strengthening and deepening our market position across key

industries.

What you will do.

Prepare and review financial statements according to Ind AS. Oversee financial operations for multiple companies, including treasury and cash flow management. Establish and maintain Internal Financial Controls and Ind AS compliance. Understand and handle Cross charges, ROU calculations, FAR, ECL, and more. Lead system/ERP implementations. Manage month-end closures, Trial Balance closing, account reconciliations, variance, and reporting. Handle acquisition accounting, PPA valuations, Stat, and internal audits. Manage accounts receivable and payables. Review and analyze various General Ledger (GL) and trial balances. Manage and review working capital, P&L, and Balance Sheets. Controlling the financial operations of multiple companies, treasury, and cash flow management. Manage audits conducted by Big 4 firms. Manage a team. Handling books and ensuring controls at various units/locations (Pune, Jaipur, Indore, etc.) Maintaining AR & AP aging and follow-up with the business. Ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance of GST, TDS, and Income tax. Coordinate with the consultant and follow up on compliance-related matters with the department (GST, I. Tax) Overall control on Inventory records, movement, and valuation. Ensuring compliance and maintaining records of overseas subsidiaries / Branches. Visit to other subsidiaries of OFB (Mayurank, Dhara, etc.)

What we are looking for.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance. Expertise in Direct and Indirect taxation. Comprehensive knowledge of Ind AS. Experience with audits conducted by Big 4 firms. Willingness to travel for setting up the processes and closures. Extremely self-driven & hardworking with the ability to lead teams. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, with a hands-on approach and a strong determination to deliver results.
