We're looking for a Finance Controller to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial planning, compliance, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, audits, taxation, and MIS reporting.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead the monthly and annual closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Partner with leadership teams to drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
Supervise cash flow management, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.
Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and process improvements.
Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in a consumer, healthcare, or startup environment preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and financial planning.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
