We invite applications for Finance Controller position at reputed multispeciality hospital located in Pune.

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience :

10+ years in business finance, FP & A, or corporate finance with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and managing vendor relationships. Proven track record of managing acquisitions, business valuations, and project financing. Industry Experience: Preferred from healthcare.

Key Competencies :

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze and report on key financial metrics to senior leadership. Financial Modelling: Advanced skills in creating detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuations. Leadership: Ability to lead financial planning and analysis teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business success. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the business. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis. Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and cost structures effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems and financial modelling software. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and proactively propose solutions.
