Finance Controller - A Manufacturing Company - Hosur
Job Summary: A leading Manufacturing company is keen to hire qualified CA with 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting and compliance. The selected candidate will responsible for ensuring robust financial control, cost control, variance analysis and working capital management to support the company's growth and export operations.
About the company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and exporter of engineered quartz surfaces, operating with 2 factories in India and exports to more than 15 countries worldwide. The company is recognized for its quality, innovation, and exceeding customer expectations in the global building materials market.

Reports To: Managing Director
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across units.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Ind AS.
Consolidate financials of multiple entities and prepare management reports with key performance insights.
Manage audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and coordinate with auditors.
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Track factory-level cost efficiency, production variances, and inventory valuations.
Develop cost models for new product lines and export pricing.
3. Working Capital & Treasury
Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Manage packing credit limits, export finance, and banking relationships.
Optimize interest costs and ensure compliance with bank covenants.
4. Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements - GST, Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, and export documentation.
Strengthen internal financial controls and implement SOPs for procurement, payments, and sales.
Oversee import/export documentation and reconciliation of export incentives (RoDTEP, GST refunds, etc.).
5. Strategic Finance
Support management in business planning, CAPEX evaluation, and investment decisions.
Assist in financial due diligence and data room preparation for potential private equity investment.
Develop dashboards and MIS for better decision-making.
Requirements:
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Ind AS, export financing, cost accounting, and banking documentation.
Experience in ERP systems (Tally ERP/NetSuite/SAP or equivalent).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Education: Qualified CA
Experience: 5-9 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented company).
Working days: Monday to Saturday
