About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, banking operations, and overseas transaction management. The role requires a proactive leader who can ensure financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-growing IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Controls:



Oversee day-to-day financial operations, cash flow management, and fund planning. Establish and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax):



Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including monthly/annual filings and reconciliations. Oversee TDS deduction, payments, and returns. Prepare working papers and coordinate for Income Tax audits, assessments, and filings. Company Secretary statutory filing like MSME, DIR-3, KYC, FLA and Annual filing.

Export Compliance & Foreign Revenue Management:



Handle Softex documentation and compliance for foreign invoices. Work closely with STPI authorities where applicable. Manage forex transactions, inward remittances, and reconciliations.

Payroll & Employee Compliance:



Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 150+ employees. Ensure compliance with PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws. Coordinate with HR for reimbursements, F&F settlements, and compensation audits.

Banking & Financial Institution Coordination:



Act as the primary point of contact for bankers and fund managers. Manage banking operations and treasury activities. Ensure timely submission of financial documents and compliance certificates.

Coordination With External Consultants:



Coordinate with CS, CA, GST consultants, and Labor Law consultants to fulfil their audit and compliance requirements.

IncubXperts Inc Filings



Coordinate with consultants for Federal/State Tax returns filing Accounting and compliance of Inc entity

Audits & Reporting:



Liaise with internal and external auditors. Ensure timely closure of audits and implement recommendations. Prepare financial reports for management decision-making.

Admin activities:



Visa and foreign-travel management. Overlook administration team activities.

Requirements



Required Qualifications & Experience

CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 6-12 years of experience in finance leadership within the IT/ITeS industry. Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Softex, and export compliance. Experience with companies of 100-1000 employees. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
