Job Function -Operations Department

What will you do?-

? Supervise a team of writers and coordinate with freelance contributors.

? Research on topics related to the field, and as per client requirements to submit latest

statistics and data.

? Reviewing and editing article drafts for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and

scientific accuracy.

? Ensure that all published content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and

scientific rigour.

? Ensuring that all content on the website is accurate, up to date, easy to understand,

and free of bias or conflict of interest

? Manage a busy workload according to the deadline.

? Write long form/short form content pieces when needed.

? Optimize pieces using SEO guidelines.

? Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely submission.

? Ensure that content meets the company & client's needs, and follows our in-house

style guide.

What we expect from you?-

? Bachelors/Masters in Banking, Finance, Human Resourceor related field.

? Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience.

? Excellent command over spoken and written English.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Google Documents & Sheets.

? Clarity in thought and problem-solving attitude.

? Team player, aspiring to be a leader.
