Profiles overview:

We are looking for two Finance Consultants (freshers) to support our Procurement and Finance teams. The ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an interest in learning finance and procurement processes.

Consultant 1 - Procurement Support

Review details received from competitive vendor quotations.
Coordinate with vendors for clarification or additional information required.
Maintain and regularly update the vendor repository.
Assist in the shortlisting and comparison of vendor quotations.
Support the Procurement Officer with analysis, documentation, and record maintenance.

Consultant 2 - Finance

Add UTR details for processed payments into the system.
Assist with bank reconciliation activities.
Support the finance team in basic documentation and data entry tasks.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Profile Requites:

Bachelors degree in any stream. 0-1 years of experience in MIS roles/Finance/Data Management/Finance/procurement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools. Knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Remuneration :

Consultancy fees will be INR 18000 per month, subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit.
