Technical Skills

• Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business
• Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of the Business process in Manufacturing industry.
• Define the Business rule to manage Financial Budget, Planning and Actuals
• Establish business intelligent reports & dashboards to streamline the financial and operations.
• Experience in manufacturing sector having worked in a company with multi locational plants and large / complex distribution network.
• Working Knowledge SAP system
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding on the integration of the components within the Management Accounting module such as Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Order Related Accounting, Account Based Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, and Material Ledger

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6+ years' experience in a financial planning role
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide adequate financial advice.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
