Job Summary

The Finance Compliance Assistant will support the finance and compliance team in ensuring all company financial practices comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and statutory laws. This role involves documentation, audit preparation, financial record management, and assisting in statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial compliance documentation and reports. Support in statutory compliance such as

TDS, GST, Income Tax filings, PF/ESI (if applicable), and company audit requirements

. Monitor and update compliance records in alignment with company policies. Assist in preparation for

internal and external audits

, ensuring timely submission of documentation. Review vendor and employee payment documentation to ensure compliance with policies. Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to

government regulations and company financial procedures

. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of financial records. Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions and renewals. Assist with risk assessments and implementation of internal financial controls. Maintain accurate documentation for

statutory returns, agreements, invoices, and compliance reports

. Support in policy enforcement and compliance training across departments.
