Job Opening: Finance & Chit Fund Operations Executive (Work From Home + Field Collection)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounts and assist in chit fund operations with occasional field collection visits.

This role is ideal for women who can handle financial work independently from home and manage customer interactions when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and collection records Manage chit fund operations - collections, payouts, and due tracking Visit customers locally for collections & document follow-ups Prepare monthly statements and financial summaries Handle Excel / Google Sheets and maintain digital records Coordinate with management for chit auction updates and reports
Qualifications & Skills:

Any Degree/ B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance 0-3 years experience in accounts or finance-related work (preferred) Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Should know two-wheeler driving (mandatory for collection work) Good communication and follow-up skills Trustworthy, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented
Salary: ₹3,000 - ?7,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Timing: Flexible - combination of home-based and short field work
