Maintain
cost control
on India enabling functions through regular checks and analytics.
Prepare
Quarterly Board Deck
for the Board of Directors, including financial performance, P&L analysis, market share, and key highlights.
Support
internal and statutory audits
by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
Compliance & Governance
Regularly review
Delegation of Authority (DOA)
, policies, approval matrix, and RBAM matrix.
Review and approve
, including AOP vs. Actual comparison, monthly Latest View (LV), and quarterly rolling forecasts.
Prepare
analytical reports and insights
for CFO and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification
CA / MBA (Finance)
with a minimum of
7 years of post-qualification experience
CA qualification is mandatory
