Finance Business Partner - EF and FP&A



Location: Gurgaon



1. Enabling Function Responsibilities



Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Management



Drive

bottom-up planning

for all enabling functions, consolidating detailed functional requirements. Align

top-down targets

with function heads, market expectations, and global directives. Allocate AOP budgets to respective ORUs (Operating Reporting Units) based on agreed ratios. Ensure timely

handshake with ORUs

on allocated budgets and secure alignment.

Month-End and Quarter-End Activities



Perform

month-end closing tasks

, including journal entries, cross-charges, billing, reconciliations, and preparation of templates/reports. Conduct

comprehensive cost analysis

for categories such as payroll, open POs, and insurance. Review month-end provisions and prepare

function-level analytics

. Develop and deliver

enabling function reports

, highlighting AOP vs. Actual variances to function heads and global teams. Maintain

cost control

on India enabling functions through regular checks and analytics. Prepare

Quarterly Board Deck

for the Board of Directors, including financial performance, P&L analysis, market share, and key highlights. Support

internal and statutory audits

by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.

Compliance & Governance



Regularly review

Delegation of Authority (DOA)

, policies, approval matrix, and RBAM matrix. Review and approve

PR/POs

as per financial authority.

2. FP&A Responsibilities



Act as a key

FP&A partner

, preparing month-end performance reports (e.g., business-wise, modality-level P&L reviews). Perform detailed

P&L and margin analysis

, including AOP vs. Actual comparison, monthly Latest View (LV), and quarterly rolling forecasts. Prepare

analytical reports and insights

for CFO and senior management to support strategic decision-making.


Qualification



CA / MBA (Finance)

with a minimum of

7 years of post-qualification experience

CA qualification is mandatory

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.


Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
