Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury

Manage daily banking operations including fund transfers, bank reconciliations,
and cash flow tracking.

Prepare and monitor daily/weekly fund flow statements to ensure optimum
working capital usage.

Handle treasury operations such as loan repayments, interest calculations, and
surplus fund placements.

Liaise with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and compliance
requirements.

Payments & Vendor Management

Process vendor, employee, and statutory payments with accuracy and
timeliness.

Maintain payment trackers and reconcile outstanding payables. Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready.

Cash Flow & Reporting

Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis. Prepare MIS reports related to banking, payments, and treasury for management
review.

Support month-end closure and reconciliations.
Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to internal policies and controls across banking and
payments.

Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com (or equivalent commerce/finance qualification) with
4+ years of experience in banking, payments, or treasury.

Strong working knowledge of banking operations, fund flow, and payment
processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, or similar). Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory payments preferred. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
