Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. You will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete reconciliation of online website and marketplace transactions.
Manage TDS payments and file returns accurately and timely.
Reconcile GSTR-2B and GSTR-1 data to ensure GST compliance.
Record and reconcile bank entries to maintain accurate financial records.
Process bills and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) efficiently.
Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary support during audits.
Prepare detailed costing reports to assist in pricing and profitability analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance-related disciplines.
Min 2 years of experience in the apparel industry or In Audit Firm
Proficiency in finance software; experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent team player with effective interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with online marketplace operations and domain knowledge.
