Finance & MIS Associate

to take charge of vital financial and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and present

MIS reports

,

cash flow statements

, and

monthly financial dashboards

Build and update

financial models

, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions Assist in the preparation of

Balance Sheets

,

Profit & Loss (P&L)

statements, and

financial reconciliations

Support end-to-end

accounting operations

, vouchers, and transaction documentation Collaborate on

management presentations

and insights-driven

PowerPoint reports

for internal and client use Streamline reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

Must-Have Skills

Advanced MS Excel proficiency

(pivot tables, lookup functions, dynamic dashboards, logical formulas, etc.) Strong practical knowledge of

accounting principles

and

financial statements

Exposure to

MIS frameworks

, reporting KPIs, and audit-readiness practices Hands-on experience with

MS PowerPoint

and

MS Word

Ability to work independently with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

or equivalent

Execution skills matter more than formal degrees
