Job Description

The Finance Associate will support the finance department by managing accounts payable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with routine financial operations. The role requires basic knowledge of accounting principles, Zoho accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and verify accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and payment entries Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of expenses Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist in maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents Use Zoho accounting software for data entry and financial tracking Prepare basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel Support audits and internal finance reviews as required Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience or working knowledge of

Accounts Payable

Basic proficiency in

Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting software

Working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

(data entry, basic formulas) Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data Good organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in a similar finance or accounts role Familiarity with basic GST or statutory compliance
