Role Overview:
The Associate - Finance will handle day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations and financial documentation
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts
Conduct financial analysis and assist in audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-3 years of finance or accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
