Summary


The Finance Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient daily operations of the Finance Department in accordance with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This role involves assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The position requires effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations.


Qualifications


1-2 years of experience in Accounts, or a similar role (hotel industry experience preferred).


Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
