As a

Finance Associate

, you will be a key contributor to the financial health of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in all financial operations. You will support day-to-day finance functions while working closely with operational teams to uphold Radisson Hotel Group standards.


As our Finance Associate, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in daily finance operations including revenue posting, accounts payable, receivables and general ledger entries Ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in line with company policies and statutory requirements Supporting month-end closing activities, reconciliations and financial reporting Maintaining proper documentation, invoices and audit-ready records Coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations Ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOPs and financial procedures Upholding confidentiality, integrity and accuracy at all times

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility Organized, proactive and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic hotel environment Comfortable working with finance systems, Excel and hotel PMS/ERP platforms A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with different departments Honest, dependable and aligned with Radisson's
