Serve as the main point of contact for regular clients; ensure timely communication, query resolution, and relationship management in coordination with different departments.
Understand legal/compliance needs and coordinate internally with different departments and outside agencies/vendor/government departments and functional experts in the organisation to deliver client-centric solutions; proactively address potential issues.
Ensure completion and periodic reporting of client deliverables in accordance with agreement with clients.
Track legal deadlines, ensure legal documentation with the help of the respective department handling the same and ensure compliances as per defined TATs and due dates.
Support clients with basic queries on taxation, accounts, and statutory compliance in coordination with relevant teams.
Share regular service updates, maintain trackers, and ensure clear documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in
Business Administration, Law,
or related fields.
Minimum 1 Year experience in a client-facing role,
preferably within
legal, compliance, or consulting services
Strong communication skills,
goal-driven, and ability to handle objections.
Familiarity with
CRM platforms (Zoho/Salesforce)
and digital tools.

Working Knowledge of legal documentation, compliance norms, and regulatory frameworks
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
