Job Description

Money matters and all money matters should be handled with utmost care. We are looking for a Fin-Whizz who shall be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, and demonstrate exceptional financial management skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling various accounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations & Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis. Stay updated on changes in GST laws and implement necessary adjustments. Handle TDS calculations, deductions & reconciliations Generate periodic financial reports for management review. Maintain organised and comprehensive financial documentation. Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance. Provide financial advice and support to management Handle customer billing & payment issues. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance/CA Inter, accounting, or a related field 1+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. Familiarity with accounting software / TDS Software and ERP systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
