Requirements:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their expertise in finance, accounting, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and will have the opportunity to learn directly from senior finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Help with budgeting and expense tracking.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Support payroll processing and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and reports as required.
• Participate in implementing and improving finance systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master's a plus but not mandatory).
• 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting/ERP software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
