Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
