The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager in daily financial operations and ensure accurate reconciliation and documentation. Ideal for fresh graduates wanting hands-on finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Manager in all day-to-day finance activities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Handle UPI and card machine reconciliation
Maintain party/vendor account reconciliations
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial records
Required Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA
6 Month -2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Skills Needed:
Good understanding of basic accounting
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage work with accuracy and timelines
