Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Chartered Accountant

to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role will involve supporting statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and day-to-day accounting operations. This position is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, who is eager to grow in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalise

financial statements

in compliance with statutory requirements. Handle

accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger accounting

. Support in

Direct & Indirect Tax compliance

(GST, TDS, Income Tax). Assist in coordinating

statutory, internal, and tax audits

. Prepare and review

MIS reports

for management. Ensure compliance with

Accounting Standards, Company Law, and regulatory requirements

. Support in

budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

. Perform reconciliations and assist in

cost analysis & variance reporting

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

Accounting Standards and Taxation laws

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/accounting software

. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA), with

6 months - 2 years of experience

. Articleship experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
