1. Audit Handling:
o Lead and manage the preparation and coordination of both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
o Collaborate closely with auditors from the Big 4 to facilitate audit processes, including planning, documentation, and issue resolution.
o Ensure accurate and timely submission of all audit-related documents and reports.
o Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance and enhance financial accuracy.
2. Revenue Management:
o Oversee and manage the revenue accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition.
3. P&L Management:
o Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. General Ledger Management:
o Manage and oversee the general ledger accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
o Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
5. SAP System Management:
o Utilize SAP B1 for financial reporting, audit tracking, revenue management, and general ledger processes.
6. Collaboration with CFO:
o Work closely with the CFO to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
? CA qualified fresher qualification is required.
? Extensive experience with SAP-Software Business one , including financial reporting and general ledger management.
? Proven experience handling audits, particularly with Big 4 audit firms.
? Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
? Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
? High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
