Key Duties and Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial statements Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets and reports for accuracy Maintain both digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Support quarterly and annual audits Handle research, filing, data entry, and support accurate financial documentation Learn and support financial software tools and company systems Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data

Qualifications and Skills:



Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles Accuracy and attention to detail with strong data entry skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus Good communication skills in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?212,600.12 - ?300,000.00 per year
