Finance and Marketing

will be responsible for handling voice-based sales and client interactions related to financial products, services, or educational programs. The role involves promoting offerings, explaining financial details to potential customers, managing follow-ups, and assisting with marketing and sales operations. It combines customer engagement, financial understanding, and marketing communication

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers/students to promote financial or marketing-related products and services. Explain product features, pricing, payment plans, and financial benefits clearly and accurately. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or database systems. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Provide basic financial information to customers regarding payment schedules, offers, or EMI options. Coordinate with the finance team to verify payment details and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to sales.
