Financial Analysis & Cost Control, including closing of books and financial stat Budget Management with focus on margin improvement. Assist in Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors. Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, and data Analysis Evolve, strengthen & ensure adherence to Company process, Policies from the FINANCE & Control perspective Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in policy changes and project management with a focus on costs & budget

Candidate Profile:

B.Com/ CA / CMA / MBA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation and Compliance. Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Integrity, punctuality, and process adherence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in SAP. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs
