Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance and Banking Manager to oversee the financial operations and banking relationships of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance, a proven track record of managing corporate banking activities, and prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector. A professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves active coordination with internal teams, external stakeholders, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project-wise financial performance and cost controls.
Banking Operations
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and efficient operations.
Handle project financing, working capital management, and credit line negotiations.
Oversee documentation for loans, guarantees, BGs (Bank Guarantees), and LC (Letter of Credit) management.
Cash Flow & Treasury
Ensure effective cash flow management across projects and business units.
Monitor fund utilization and optimize treasury operations to maintain liquidity.
Recommend investment options for surplus funds within risk and policy guidelines.
Project Finance & Risk Management
Support project feasibility studies from a financial perspective.
Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with project execution.
Review contract terms for financial viability and risk exposure.
Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and corporate governance standards.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audits.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with project managers, procurement heads, and senior leadership to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Represent the company in financial discussions with clients, banks, and investors as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Finance & Banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Industry Background: Experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector is a strong advantage
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and banking documentation
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders and banking partners
High level of integrity, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
