Role Overview

The Finance and Accounts Manager will manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the organization's Logistics and Trade Services business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves financial planning, statutory compliance, cost control, profitability analysis, and team leadership across logistics, import/export, cargo, transport, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting across locations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS / GAAP. Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct cost and profitability analysis. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory documentation. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Implement internal controls, improve processes, and drive automation. Lead and mentor the finance team and support management with MIS and business insights.
Key Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance. Experience in logistics/trade or asset-intensive service industries. Proficiency in Tally / SAP / Oracle and advanced Excel. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
