Detailed job description \xef\x82\xb7 Manage key accounting operations including funds management, banking operations / reconciliations, payables and AR management \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare daily cash flows; monitor variances and treasury management and reporting \xef\x82\xb7 Mange lender relationships and compliance of debt covenants \xef\x82\xb7 Develops financial forecasts, monitor liquidity management & ALCO committees \xef\x82\xb7 Manage month-end book close process including release of financials & MIS \xef\x82\xb7 Manage financial and regulatory RBI / NHB compliances \xef\x82\xb7 Manage statutory financial reporting, year end statutory audits and coordinate for tax filings.
