We are Hiring for Finance and Accounts Manager for freight forwarding Industry

Location - Bengaluru

Salary - 15 Lakhs PA

Accounting Operations

Supervise day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger,
etc.).

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with branches for accounting processes and financial
reporting.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with statutory
and regulatory requirements.

Generate management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting

Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts.
Lead the annual budgeting process.
Compare actual performance with budget and identify variances.
Recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Financial Analysis & Decision Support

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for
decision-making.

Support senior management with financial modelling and feasibility
studies.

Cost Control & Resource Optimization

Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
Promote continuous improvement in financial processes.

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year
