Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Planning
Develop and implement
financial strategies, systems, and policies
aligned with business goals.
Prepare
annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
to support management decisions.
Manage
cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation
to ensure smooth business operations.
Build and maintain relationships with
banks and financial institutions
for loans, credit lines, and other facilities.
Prepare and review
CMA data, fund flow statements, and financial projections
.
Ensure compliance with
loan terms and financial covenants
while maintaining accurate documentation.
2. Accounting Operations
Supervise
end-to-end accounting functions
-- Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely
bookkeeping, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts
.
Monitor
inventory accounting, cost allocation, and depreciation schedules
.
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
Strengthen
internal financial controls
and ensure adherence to company policies.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Payable (AP)
Oversee
billing, collections, and customer reconciliation
.
Monitor
vendor invoices, payments, and AP aging
to maintain vendor relationships.
Implement
credit control systems
to optimize cash inflows.
Ensure
TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions
are accurately applied and reported.
4. Statutory Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including
Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI
.
Coordinate with
internal and statutory auditors
for smooth and timely audits.
Oversee
tax filing, assessments, and documentation
in coordination with consultants.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for regulatory review.
5. Costing & Financial Analysis
Implement and monitor
cost control measures
across production and operations.
Review
product costing, BOM, and process costing
for accuracy and profitability.
Prepare and analyze
cost sheets, variance reports, and profit margins
.
Provide
MIS reports, dashboards, and management insights
on financial performance.
6. Systems & Team Management
Oversee
ERP/accounting systems
(SAP / Tally / Oracle) for seamless data management.
Lead and develop the
Finance and Accounts team
, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Promote
automation and digitization
of financial processes for better control and transparency.
Collaborate with
operations, SCM, and projects teams
for financial decision support
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA (preferred)
or equivalent qualification.
15+ years
of experience in
Finance and Accounts
, preferably in a
Manufacturing environment
.
Strong knowledge of
financial reporting, costing, budgeting, and taxation
.
Proven expertise in
fund management, banking operations, and compliance
.
Proficiency in
ERP software (SAP/Tally)
and
advanced Excel
.
Excellent
leadership, analytical, and communication
skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
