Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenditures and comparing budgets to actual expenses Perform basic accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes Follow-up with vendors, suppliers, customers and clients. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations Provide support in analyzing financial data and trends to assist in decision- making processes Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance team Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Completed their graduation or master's in finance, accounting, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Sending Emails and Managing Transactions. Prior experience working in a chartered accountant (CA) firm or similar environment is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
