We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Finance & Accounts Intern

to join our team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in financial operations, accounting, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry in accounting software Support in

billing activities

including invoice preparation, verification, and follow-ups Help manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections Assist in preparing expense reports and tracking accounts payable Participate in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Maintain and organize financial records and documents Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities Assist with statutory filings such as GST, TDS, etc., under guidance Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related queries Prepare basic financial reports and analysis as required

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Commerce, Finance, Accounting

, or related field Understanding of basic accounting and billing processes Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Tally prime) preferred Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
