Accounts &

Finance Executive

to join our team and contribute to our financial matters. To succeed this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Manage end-to-end

invoicing and payment collections

using Razorpay, PayPal, Shiprocket, or similar platforms. Track and reconcile

online payment transactions

and ensure accuracy across systems. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow. Process vendor invoices, handle payment disbursements, and ensure on-time settlements. Perform

bank and ledger reconciliations

, and resolve discrepancies in AR/AP accounts.

Payroll Processing and Tax Compliance

Support

monthly payroll processing

and ensure statutory deductions are accurate. Prepare and file

PF, ESI, TDS, and GST returns

within statutory timelines. Ensure full compliance with

labour laws and taxation norms

. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Financial Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare accurate and timely

financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow summaries

. Maintain updated books of accounts in

Tally or other accounting software

. Assist during

internal and external audits

by providing necessary financial documentation. Identify and implement process improvements for better financial control and reporting.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Education:

Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

1-2 years in Accounts & Finance operations

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with

Razorpay, PayPal, Shiprocket

, or similar payment integrations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
