Mandatory: Graduate in Management with Commerce Background Mandatory: Qualified CA/CMA Experience: 1. 10-14 years of experience in Project Management in the non-voice BPO industry and preferably in Finance & Accounting process. 2. Should have handled teams of sizes minimum 50, with TL's & PL/AM's reporting into him/her Technical Competencies: (Job related) ? Knowledge of Accounts basic and Fundamentals ? Strong domain knowledge in all 3 towers of FAO: AP/AR/GL ? Knowledge of all applications used in the process ? Should create a baseline documents for referencing future projects ? Should have worked extensively on MS Office ? Should possess ERP knowledge ? SLA/KPI controls ? Strong customer management skills + internal stakeholders
