Job Description

JD: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions in the Insurance domain. Lead pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities. Design and articulate end-to-end solutions for digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices. Work closely with delivery, product, and consulting teams to ensure seamless handover and execution of proposed solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in Commercial and Specialty Insurance to provide thought leadership and innovative ideas. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities for growth and value creation. Insurance Domain Expertise: 5-10 years of experience in solutioning and digital transformation within the Insurance sector. Commercial and Specialty Insurance: Prior experience or knowledge in these areas will be highly appreciated. Pre-Sales Experience: Proven ability to respond to RFPs and RFIs for mid-to-large size insurers, brokers, and stakeholders. Solutioning Skills: Strong capability to design and articulate innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting role is an added advantage. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and data analytics in the Insurance domain. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Collaboration: Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with sales, delivery, and product teams.
