Job Purpose



The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, accounting, compliance, budgeting, and reporting functions. The role ensures accurate financial records, statutory compliance, effective cash flow management, and financial support for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities



- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.

- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and audits.

- Handle project-wise accounting, cost tracking, customer billing, and collections.

- Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and coordination with banks.

- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

- Hands-on usage of Zoho Books for accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, and MIS.

Qualifications & Experience



CA Inter / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.

CA Inter candidates with relevant real estate experience are encouraged to apply.

6-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
