Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance and prepare regular reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) for management review. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with departments to gather relevant data and ensure financial accuracy. Assist in the preparation of management presentations and investor materials. Monitor key financial and operational metrics to support strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus). 5-6 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹663,578.65 - ₹750,145.59 per year
