-Provide analytical support to the function for financial reporting, compliance and data accuracy. Coordinate the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide analytical support to managers in matters related to financial activities, decision making and general projects.
  • Assist more senior colleagues with provision of accurate data and analysis in order to support long-term financial and business plans and forecasting process.
  • Support the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures findings.
  • Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.
  • Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the timely delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits).
  • Provide assistance to Finance Projects at country or BU level.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
