Job Title: Financial Analyst - Real Estate Investments (Remote - EST Hours)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience in high finance roles such as investment banking, private equity, asset management, or family offices. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, fluent in financial modeling, and capable of producing investor-grade presentations and materials.
Note: A high finance background is required for this role - applicants without such experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Build detailed financial models for underwriting real estate investments, including revenue projections, expense forecasting, and capex planning.
Conduct DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.
Perform market research and benchmarking for new development opportunities.
Track actual vs. projected performance and prepare variance reports.
Create investor-grade presentations and financial materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Use data visualization tools to enhance financial storytelling.
Prepare investment committee presentations, offering memorandums, and support due diligence processes.
Leverage AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or similar high finance roles.
CFA Level 1 or higher (Level 3 preferred; CPA / CA is not considered a substitute)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong command of financial modeling (DCF, IRR, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
Experience with large datasets and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to real estate investments or development.
Familiarity with construction cost estimation and development timelines.
Experience with real estate software or CRM platforms.
Comfort with AI-powered finance tools.
Public speaking and networking ability.
