Position summary:

Location: This role will be in Silvassa, India

Responsibilities:

Handle product costing
Conduct daily plant tours to understand the product and process better inorder to ensure

accuracy in costing. Planning, studying and collecting data to determine cost and verify and ensure BOM accuracy before completion of costing

Identify and initiate cost savings initiatives
Analyze actual manufacturing cost and prepare periodic reports to compare standard vs. actual cost
Contribute effectively to TPM cost deployment
Inventory management and control
Monthly Inventory count and variance analysis
Review SMOI inventory periodically and report to management to facilitate timely decisions
Actively involve in month end closing & reporting
Ensure Strict adherence as well as maintain proper documentation of SOX & process controls
Project cost benefit calculation / analysis and effectively support capital authorization process
Support statutory audit for Manufacturing finance data
Any other special assignments
