Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support month-end financial reporting and accounting operations. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in upstream and downstream accounting processes, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Specific Role- Functional ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end closing activities, including preparation and review of financial reports Perform general ledger (GL) analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Manage and support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Analyse variances and investigate discrepancies during month-end reporting Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with accounting standards Maintain documentation for month-end workings and audit support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations

Experience requiredStrong understanding of upstream and downstream accounting processes Hands-on experience in month-end reporting and GL reconciliations Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Solid accounting fundamentals and analytical skills Good communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
