Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in fundraising, IPOs, capital markets, and equity funds. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing strategic support to our investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising:

- Analyze and prepare materials for fundraising efforts, including pitch decks, financial projections, and investor reports.

- Conduct due diligence on potential investors and partners.

- Support the development of relationships with investors, including private equity firms, venture capitalists, and family offices.

2. IPOs and Capital Markets:

- Assist in the preparation of IPO prospectuses, S-1 filings, and other regulatory documents.

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine optimal IPO timing and pricing.

- Collaborate with investment banks, lawyers, and auditors to ensure successful IPO execution.

3. Equity Funds:

- Analyze and monitor portfolio companies' financial performance and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investments.

- Support the investment team in deal execution, including due diligence and deal structuring.

4. Financial Analysis:

- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support investment decisions.

- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Proven experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or CFA designation.

- Experience with fundraising, IPOs, and capital markets.

- Strong network of contacts in the finance industry.

- Familiarity with financial databases and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
