Job Summary

We are seeking a

Finance Analyst Business Unit (Billing Specialist) to

join our Invoice to Cash team. This role focuses on accurate and timely billing operations, including milestone-based billing and request-driven billing for new setups, supporting global customers and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements to join our

Global Bus Svcs ITC -Global Finance Services Division Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of

Whitefield, Bangalore office

What you will do

Manage milestone billing in line with project deliverables and contractual agreements. Handle request-based billing for new customer setups and ensure proper documentation. Generate and validate invoices across multiple regions and currencies. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth onboarding for new setups. Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audits and compliance. Prepare billing performance reports and assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and GAAP standards.

What you will have

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 10-13 years in Billing / Invoice to Cash operations, with exposure to milestone and request-based billing.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office
