Role Overview We are hiring Finance Consultant Intern and Executive to support our client acquisition and market expansion efforts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and eager to work in fintech, global trade, and financial services. Key Responsibilities Common Responsibilities for Interns & Executives: ₹ Identify and engage potential clients such as exporters, importers, freelancers, and MSMEs.
Explain RBK's financial services such as trade finance, cross-border payments, and multi-currency accounts.
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate leads and book meetings.
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and onboarding documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to support client conversion and satisfaction.
Maintain CRM data, follow up with leads, and prepare weekly reports on sales activity. For Interns: ₹ Support senior executives in day-to-day client acquisition tasks.
Participate in meetings and shadow experienced sales professionals.
Duration: 6 months
Receive Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
Potential for full-time placement upon successful completion. For Full-Time Executives: ₹ Take ownership of the complete sales cycle: prospecting to onboarding to retention.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and meet monthly sales targets.
Represent RBK at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
