Role Overview We are hiring Finance Consultant Intern and Executive to support our client acquisition and market expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities Common Responsibilities for Interns & Executives: ? Identify and engage potential clients such as exporters, importers, freelancers, and MSMEs. ? Explain RBK's financial services such as trade finance, cross-border payments, and multi-currency accounts. ? Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate leads and book meetings. ? Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and onboarding documentation. ? Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to support client conversion and satisfaction. ? Maintain CRM data, follow up with leads, and prepare weekly reports on sales activity. For Interns: ? Support senior executives in day-to-day client acquisition tasks. ? Participate in meetings and shadow experienced sales professionals. ? Duration: 6 months ? Receive Certificate + Letter of Recommendation ? Potential for full-time placement upon successful completion. For Full-Time Executives: ? Take ownership of the complete sales cycle: prospecting to onboarding to retention. ? Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and meet monthly sales targets. ? Represent RBK at industry events, trade shows, and webinars. ? Salary + performance-based incentives ?
